To access the online payment tools please sign in or complete the one time registration process if you're new to the site. Existing Customer For security purposes, you must first sign in using your user id and password that you created when you registered for the site. Once signed in, you will be directed to the bill payment features of the site. Sign In New Customer Before you can pay your bill, you must first register and setup your user id. By creating an account at JIT Services you will be able to pay your utility bills online from your bank account or via credit card. Register Pay By Phone Call (612) 888-5481 Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (CST) to make a one-time payment using your credit card. A $3.95 transaction fee applies to each payment. Autopay is a convenient payment option that automatically deducts your monthly bill charges from your bank account each month. There is no fee to make your payments with autopay and it is simple to enroll. If you would like to enroll in autopay please download and complete the Autopay Enrollment Form . Please complete, sign and return the AutoPay (monthly recurring payments) enrollment form).
